The Aargau Symphony Orchestra opened the 2008/09 Season in
September with music by Honegger, Beethoven (soloist: Oliver
Schnyder) and Dvorak. Z¨¹rich¡¯s Tonhalle was sold out for the
ASO¡¯s appearance.

15./26.9.2008: Douglas Bostock returned as guest conductor
to the South Jutland Symphony Orchestra (DK) in highly
acclaimed concerts in Denmark and Germany with music by
Mendelssohn, Mozart (soloist: Soeren Rastogi) and Dvorak.
28.9.2008: the Aarhus Sinfonietta (DK), Douglas Bostock and
the soloist Mikkel Ib performed the Danish premiere of Isao
Matsushita¡¯s ¡°Hi-ten-yu¡± (Octet version) in Aarhus to an
enthusiastic audience.
