End of Season Triumphs

Douglas Bostock and the Southwest German Chamber Orchestra brought the 2021/2022 Season to an end with the final Subscription Concert in Pforzheim, featuring the brilliant young Swiss violinist, David Nebel in Mendelssohn's much loved concerto. A week later, Douglas Bostock's home island of Reichenau payed host to Douglas and his orchestra in the sold out annual "Insel-Klassik" concert with an exciting programme, including the rarely performed 1st Symphony by Charles Gounod, in the magical setting of the monastery courtyard.
