Celebrating the 140th anniversary of the birth of the Australian composer, Percy Grainger, Douglas Bostock put together and conducted a special concert with the Central Band of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) in the Esplanade Concert Hall, Singapore, on 18th September.
