New season off to a busy start

The South West German Chamber Orchestra's 2023/2024 Season got off to a flying start in September and October with a concerts in North Germany, at home in Pforzheim, in the Musikverein in Vienna, Austria, and at an international Cello Festival. Douglas Bostock invited the young Portuguese pianist to be the soloist in the first Subscription Concert of the Season. Andreea Chira was the soloist in Vienna.

In addition, Douglas led the 3rd International Conducting Masterclass with the orchestra at the end of October, with 10 talented young conductors from 12 countries (!).
