Wine Symphony
Following on from many similar events in Switzerland, Douglas Bostock presented on 21st March an evening with the title "Wine Symphony" at the invitation of a Pforzheim Lions Club and their President, Andreas Herrmann. Five fine wines were presented and described by Douglas together with five matching pieces of music on video, paired with five exquisite culinary delights, which he had conjured up with the Kitchen Director, René Sonntag. An indulgent and pleasurable time was had by all.
